This tutorial was written by me on January 15th, 2020 and is my own creation. Any resemblance to any other tutorial is purely coincidental and unintentional.

PSP Version used: PSP 2019

This tutorial assumes you have a good working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies:

Tube of choice. I am using the tube from the kit.

PTU kit called Happy 2020 from Magical Moments.

You can purchase the kit here.  

Mask 124 from Millie. You can find it here. 

Font of choice. I am using Balutteli Serif.

Ok let’s get started.

Open element 80. Set the canvas size to 780 x 780 px. Resize the frame, all layers unchecked, by 70%. Now you can resize all layers by 77%.

Open your mask & Paper02. Resize your paper by 75%. Paste as a new layer onto your frame canvas. Move below the frame layer. Apply your mask, merge group.

On your frame layer, use your magic wand & click inside both frames. Selection, modify, expand by 5. Open Paper04 & resize by 75%. Paste as a new layer onto your frame canvas. Selections, invert & press delete. Deselect & move just below the frame layer.

Open element 033. Resize by 40%. Paste as a new layer. Place to the top & a little to the right. Now move behind the paper layer.

Open element 025 & resize by 85%. Paste as a new layer.

Now let’s add our remaining elements:

032 – resize by 30%, flip horizontal. Paste as a new layer above the frame layer. Place to the top right of the right frame.

082 – resize by 25%. Place to the top of the left frame. Duplicate, image mirror & place over the top of the right frame.

007 – resize by 25%. Place over to left ribbon & rotate slightly to the left. Duplicate, image mirror & place over the right ribbon.

056 – resize by 70%. Place just above the top edge of the right frame.

048 – resize by 50%. Place to the bottom right.

015 – resize by 40%, rotate right. Place to the bottom.

027 – resize by 20%. Place to the left side, & slightly down.

031 – resize by 8%. Place to the bottom right of the right frame.

070 – resize by 20%. Place to the bottom left of the bottle.

057 – resize by 15%. Place to the bottom of the balloons.

059 – resize by 80%, flip horizontal. Place to the bottom.

022 – resize by 35%. Place a little to the right of the bag. Now free rotate to the left until it’s pointing up and to the right.

006 – resize by 20%. Place over the right side of the bag. Move below the bag layer. Duplicate & move above the bag layer. Place to the bottom of the bag.

013 – resize by 20%. Place between the two black flowers.

001 – resize by 35%. Place to the bottom right. Select all, float, defloat. Selections, modify, expand by 5. Add a new raster layer & floodfill with white. Deselect & move this layer below the wordart layer. Give the wordart layer a drop shadow of 1, 1, 50, 2.00. Now merge down.

067 – resize by 69%. Paste as a new layer.

Now open your tube. Paste as a new layer above your paper layer. Arrange inside the left frame to your liking. On your frame layer, use your magic wand & click inside the left frame. Selections, modify, expand by 5. On your tube layer, selections, invert & press delete. Deselect. Repeat for the other frame. Merge the two tube layers together. Duplicate the merged tube layer. Gaussian blur, 3.00. 

Effects > Artistic Effects > Halftone using the following settings:

Set the blend mode to Screen. On the original merged tube layer, set the opacity to 35.

Paste your tube again, this time just above the fireworks layer. Resize as necessary.

Add your name, copyright, & license info. Apply a drop shadow of choice, then merge visible. Save as a PNG.
